Your account information is easy to access with Home City Federal's Automated Account Information System. Simply dial 1-866-421-2331 and access current account information at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All you need is:
• A touch-tone telephone
• Your account number(s)
• Have your personal identification number (PIN) ready. (For first time users your PIN is the last four digits of the Social Security number of the primary signer on the account or the Tax I.D. number on the account. Example: 000-00-0000 or 00-0000000.) You will then be asked to change your PIN for future use.

How To Use Home City Federal's Automated Account Information System
1. For each account you wish to access, have the account number ready, along with your password. For first time users your PIN is the last four digits of the Social Security number of the primary account signer or the Tax I.D. number on the account. You will then be asked to change your PIN.
(Note: You will need to complete this process the first time you access each of your accounts on the system. You may use the same PIN for each account.)
2. Dial 1-866-421-2331
3. Follow the simple instructions given by the friendly voice that greets you.
4. Press the appropriate buttons on your touch tone telephone to obtain the account information you want or press * to return to the previous menu or press 8 to return to the main menu.
5. Hang up when you are finished.
